The flexible structure, without reinforcing sections, offers considerable weight saving compared to conventional designs.
The structure consists of a front section with brackets for attaching stabilising tipping cylinders and a sturdy rear section for mounting bearing blocks and tailgate.
Progressively-bent bucket section
The design of the bucket section ensures safe dumping. The material (whatever kind is being transported) slides easily off the platform when dumped and helps ensure good vehicle stability. A vibrator can be fitted into the front section if loads are extremely sticky.
There are two versions of the design, with internal heights of 1200 mm and 1400 mm. This allows greater flexibility in adapting suitable load volumes to different kinds of vehicles.
